NIHACT has brought together staff from housing associations to work with statutory bodies, community organisations and tenants, on projects which can bring wider benefits.

In 2022 the group launched an animated video aimed at highlighting the impact of anti-social behaviour on local communities, which explains what tenants should do when they are impacted by this type of activity. Stamp Out Anti-Social Behaviour is being used by Housing Associations to help improve local communities across Northern Ireland.

Amongst its activities, NIHACT showcases community investment activity though research and reports and supports housing associations with access to funding in order to assist with or to showcase community investment activity.
