Housing Associations have a huge economic impact in NI. They are major employers, and, through new build and maintenance, they have a considerable role in supporting the construction sector and the supply chain.
Each year we look at the economic impact of the housing association sector in our Sector Global Accounts 2022 and we track the growth of the sector and the measurables outcomes they have across housing and finance.
