Social and affordable housing is a vital part of the housing mix in Northern Ireland, and NIFHA is the representative body for the 20 housing associations who work here, employing more than 3300 people directly. Between them, they manage more than 59,000 homes, including family accommodation, sheltered and supported housing and shared ownership home, as well as investing millions every year in providing vital services and facilities for local communities.
