Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Contractors to be invited to tender for the following project:

Project ID: THA-44 

Ramoan Road, Ballycastle

Development consisting of a total of 7 No. new build General Needs houses with associated road infrastructure, landscaping, and other ancillary works at Ramoan Road, Ballycastle.

Contract period of 15 months is programmed to commence in March 2023.

The estimated value is £1,300,000.

Contractors interested in tendering for the above contract may access Pre-Qualification (PQQ) documentation through eTendersNI.

Completed PQQs with supporting documentation to be submitted via eTendersNI no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 2^nd September 2022.
