Woodvale & Shankill Community Housing Association provides for, upgrades and maintains general family housing needs, sheltered accommodation for the elderly and disabled and special needs accommodation
The Association was established as Woodvale & Shankill Housing Association in 1976 to provide affordable, quality housing in the Woodvale area. Simnce then the Association has increased its housing stock to 455 units which include three sheltered schemes for the elderly, bungalow accommodation, general family needs housing and bespoke special needs housing.
