Leading our expertise in the region is our Executive Director, Kieran Colgan. A graduate of Ulster University, Kieran has dedicated over 20 years to the housing sector. Kieran believes that high-quality housing is the foundation of a better life, and he is committed to helping Northern Irish providers build stronger, more resilient communities.
