The Technical Advisor will assist in the delivery of a professional, technical and customer facing estates maintenance service. This will include the provision of a service that will include assisting in the delivery of minor and major adaptations to existing properties.
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Radius Offices, Belfast / Holywood
Salary: £24,054 (SP11) – £26,845 (SP17)

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Good general level of education to include at least 3 A Levels (minimum of C or above) and GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
QCF Level III (previously NVQ) or above in a related discipline such as, Estate Management, Building Surveying, Construction.
Eighteen months relevant experience (within the last 6 years) within a building, construction or maintenance environment.
Four years relevant experience (within the last 7 years) within a building, construction or maintenance environment.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- IT literate with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office packages.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*
