Choice is currently seeking to recruit a Services Centre Manger to provide maternity cover for the Services Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants who have previously worked at manager level and have strong people management skills. Your role will be to motivate the service centre team ensuring that all set Customer Service Standards are met.

Essential Criteria:

• 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) and 2 years’ recent experience in a call centre environment

  OR

  5 Years recent experience in a call centre environment

• At least 12 months supervisory management experience in a call centre environment
• In depth knowledge of Management Information systems
