About the role
The Senior Engagement Officer will transform how we put our tenants at the heart of what we do. You will empower our tenants to get involved by supporting and equipping them to shape the improvement of our services and contribute to the communities in which we live.
This will be achieved through leading on tenant engagement across the organisation ensuring every tenant is listened to, by creating effective tenant engagement models and being an ambassador for tenant engagement.
This is an influential role where you need to be passionate and confident about working with people in their communities; having a track record of delivering successful relationships and positive solutions to challenges. As a resilient influencer, you will share your passion across the organisation and your team.
You have at least 2 years’ relevant experience of building effective working relationships with stakeholders (e.g. community groups, consumer bodies, public representatives and statutory agencies) and experience of developing services to meet the needs of tenants, participants or customers. For a full list of criteria, please have a look at the job specification.
