We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We are continually expanding our operations in Belfast and across Northern Ireland and currently have a stock portfolio of almost 1100 properties. We have a team of 40 staff. We wish to recruit a suitably qualified person for the following post:
PART TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (Ref: RAS/PT/09/22)
Reporting to the Housing Manager, the jobholder will be required to ensure a professional approach to customer queries, have excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. This a part time post (20 hours per week) currently based at our Gatelodge Office.
The successful candidate must have:
• 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, must include English Language and Maths
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role (gained within the last 5 years)
• Competent IT skills including excellent word processing
• Experience of customer service NB Housing can offer the successful candidate a salary of NJC Point 3, £18,887-NJC Point 6, £20,043 pro rata plus optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 19.5% (£3,682 pa, pro rata), 34 days annual leave (incl. stats) pro rata, rising to 39 days pro rata after 5 years’ service, excellent work and family friendly policies and private healthcare option.
