Our new Neighbourhood Housing Officer will deliver a high-quality customer focused and responsive tenancy and estate management service supporting tenants and helping to create safe and sustainable neighbourhoods. As a Neighbourhood Housing officer, you will assist in the management of Anti-Social Behaviour and complaints and will support the Housing Team in Tenancy Enforcement by taking appropriate action in line with the organisations policy, procedures and current Housing Legislation.

Essential Criteria includes:

• Relevant third level qualification with a minimum of at least 3 years’ relevant post qualification experience (gained in the last five years) in Housing Management functions/Estate Management or a minimum of 5 years work experience in the Social Housing Sector/Estate Management

• A proven track record in successfully developing excellent working relationships with other Stakeholder/Support Agencies to help solve Tenant and Neighbourhood issues and bring about positive solutions to problems.

• Full valid driver’s licence and access to a car for work or can demonstrate suitable alternative means of travel to meet the mobility requirements of this post

This is a Permanent full-time post
