A bit about us

As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all.  We are currently enjoying a period of substantial growth and have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years.

 

A bit about the role

This exciting role is at the heart of our digital transformation strategy.  The Business Change Partner is responsible for maximising benefits from existing and future IT applications. You will represent the ‘business side’ to bridge between the ICT, project teams and the Assets department. The role is about looking at processes/systems and creating solutions to improve operations and make life easier for customers.

 

A bit about you

You will have at least 1 year’s practical experience of assisting with a large change project/process in an organisation, you will have strong ICT skills and be comfortable in a digital working environment. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders. You will have experience of working collaboratively and have excellent listening, presenting, and negotiating skills.

It would be advantageous if you have analytical skills with the ability to collate data and present findings. You will be a problem solver with a curiosity for change and improvement. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
