A bit about us

As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all.  We are currently enjoying a period of substantial growth and have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years.

 

A bit about the role

As part of the HR Team, you help in making Clanmil a wonderful place to work! In this hands-on generalist role, you identify, develop and implement our strategies and policies that shape the people experience. You will achieve this by living the values, using your strong HR knowledge, by working together with the HR team and through collaboration across the organisation. You will also embrace the use of technology to deliver on a lean, prompt and accurate administration.
