Head of Procurement Radius Housing

Responsible for the development of procurements for the Development Directorate and the organisation as a whole to maximise value for money and achieve EU legislation compliance through the support and development of best practice across the organisations.

As a Head of Procurement you will provide expert advice on procurement and alternative procurement formats for the Association. You will have a particular focus on the Development Directorate seeking to deliver greater Value for Money (VFM) in the procurement and construction of capital building projects and planned maintenance/major repairs programme by developing and managing different procurement routes for the annual development programme. Support for the senior executive team, audit committee and other senior management committees as may be required.
