The Floating Support Senior Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of a person-centered housing support service to the Association’s service users and management of the staff based in dispersed locations throughout NI.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

1.Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) or above plus 3 years’ relevant experience (within the last 6 years).

2. Experience of managing and developing a team of 6 or more people.

3. An ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customer and stakeholders.

4. Experience of a service delivery including attainment of defined key performance indicators.

5. Demonstrable experience of effective use of Microsoft Office packages and the production of reports utilising statistical information.

6. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*

(*where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.  In such circumstances, consideration will be given in any subsequent offer of appointment to suitable alternative arrangements that the candidate may be able to put in place that would enable them to meet the travel requirements for the post).
