We’re thrilled to introduce our newly created role of Director of Operations, a pivotal position in our journey.

As the Director of Operations, you will collaborate closely with the senior management team, leading day-to-day operations to propel our strategic ambitions and uphold our commitment to excellent services. Innovation will be paramount as you guide our team through dynamic environments, ensuring we maintain top-tier performance across all operational fronts. We’re in search of a visionary professional with a passion for housing, someone who embraces challenges and drives positive change. Your ability to build and nurture relationships will be key as you cultivate strong connections with contractors, staff, residents, and stakeholders, fostering harmony and excellence within our community.

A proven track record of delivery and the ability to inspire and lead will be instrumental as you spearhead key areas such as Property Maintenance & Asset Management, Building Safety Compliance, Housing Management & Community Engagement, and Corporate Governance and Finance. Exciting times lie ahead as we embark on urban renewal and regeneration efforts.
