APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITY

DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR (APPRENTICE)

Expected Duration – 12 – 18 months

£9.25/hr + competitive benefits package

37hrs per week (Monday – Friday)

We are looking for an Apprentice who will contribute to the efficient administration in our Development Team. You’ll have great organisational skills and the enthusiasm and commitment to handle a varied workload.

We will assist you towards completing an NVQ Level 2 and/or Level 3 certificate in Business Administration. Off the job-training will take place with a local Belfast-based training provider who will develop the trainee’s skills.

Job role:

We are seeking a highly organised candidate who has strong customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and have a genuine desire to help our tenants.

If you are an excellent written and verbal communicator and have the ability to act with discretion and confidentiality, we would love to hear from you!

You will have a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths and English. We are also looking for a candidate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience in a customer focussed role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given

As this is an apprenticeship opportunity, the Apprenticeship NI rules will apply in terms of eligibility. You can get more information on this from the Gov.UK website www.gov.uk To be eligible for an Apprenticeship Programme you will need to be aged between 16-24 at the closing date for the post.
