North Belfast -£35 – £37k (with effect from April 2023) – Hrs 30 or 37 per week.

We are looking to appoint a maintenance professional with a proven track record of expertise alongside the ability to deliver technical solutions with a community-based housing provider. You will work as part of a small, dedicated team, striving to keep our tenants satisfied and happy by ensuring their homes are expertly and timely serviced, well maintained and energy efficient. You will also work alongside our contractors ensuring they deliver and meet our high expectations. You will play a key role in delivering on our ambition, goals and values.
