Salary: £9.00 per hour (6 hours per week)

A bit about the role

We are recruiting for a Caretaker based at our development at Union Street, Coleraine. The scheme is made up of 18 apartments and you will be responsible for providing a range of housing support services to our general needs tenants including the care and upkeep of the scheme and its grounds,and carrying out weekly alarm tests.
You will liaise with the Housing and/or Assets Officer(s) to report any maintenance requirements for the development and monitor any potential risks. You’ll have at least 6 months previous experience working in a similar role as a Caretaker/Domestic Assistant in a paid or voluntary working environment. In return, we offer a fantastic rewards package from generous annual leave, pension contributions and an award winning work-life balance package which we are happy to tell you about.
