At this workshop Will Holland delivers a fun and participative day that will be particularly relevant for front-line staff and their managers who will benefit from learning about the key elements of lone working, personal safety and self-awareness, ensuring they will be better able to:-

• identify the associated and potential risks to their specific lone working roles
• better appreciate the current guidance around lone working and organizational policies and procedures in relation to lone working and personal safety
• understand safety protocols to manage different lone working situations and appreciate how environment can affect personal safety
• identify and apply relevant and effective skills and techniques to ensure personal safety when working alone
