Stock Condition Survey – Expressions of Interest St Matthew’s Housing Association

St Matthew’s Housing Association is a small community based housing association located in the Short Strand area of East Belfast, BT5. Most of our property is based in Short Strand but we have some units of accommodation in the lower Ormeau, Clonard and Poleglass areas of Belfast. We are seeking expressions of interest for our once in 5 years Stock Condition Survey exercise that we intend carrying out over all our stock of 237 units. This exercise would involve completion of individual property inspections and surveys of each property (externally and internally) by an appropriately qualified building surveying entity. The process of inspection reporting will be in line with the characteristics of our Omniledger property software database.
