• Ramsey Park, Macosquin (5no 3P/2B and 2no 5P/3B)
• Ardgarvan Cottages, Limavady (1no 3P/2B WC Bungalow)
• Coronation Crescent, Clough (4no 3P/2B and 2no 5P/3B Houses)
• Moyglass Place, Strathfoyle (5no 3P/2B Houses)
