Notice to Contractors Triangle Housing Association

These projects are for the construction of Social Housing dwellings in Coleraine and Ballymena.  The Form of Contract for both will be NEC3 Short Form with an unquantified Price List.

Project 1:

Harpurs Hill, Coleraine Phase 2 Ref: Harpurs Hill Ph 2 2020
(7 units – 2 nr 2-storey dwellings, 1 nr single-storey dwelling, 4 nr apartments)

Ballycastle Rd, Coleraine Ref: Ballycastle Rd 2020
(3 units – 3 nr apartments)

The Contract period for this Project is 12 months with both sites running concurrently.

Project 2:

Broughshane Street, Ballymena Ref: Broughshane Street 2020
(15 units – 15 nr apartments)

The Contract period for this Project is 18 months.
