Notice to Contractors – Garryduff Road, Ballymoney Triangle Housing Association

Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Contractors to be invited to tender for the following project:

Project ID: THA-32 

Garryduff Road, Ballymoney

Development consisting of a new build 2-storey block containing 10no. Cat 1 apartments, 2 no.1.5-storey new build supported living facilities and the complete remodelling of the existing single-storey supported living accommodation at 2-4 Garryduff Road, Ballymoney BT53 7AF.

Contract period of 24 months is programmed to commence in March 2022.

The estimated value is £3,000,000.

Contractors interested in tendering for the above contract may access Pre-Qualification (PQQ) documentation through eTendersNI.

Completed PQQs with supporting documentation to be submitted via eTendersNI no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 17^th December 2021.
