Notice to Contractors – Broombeg, Ballycastle Triangle Housing Association

Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Contractors to be invited to tender for the following project:

Project ID: THA-33

Broombeg, Ballycastle

Development consisting of a total of 14 No. new build General Needs houses and apartments with associated road infrastructure, landscaping, and other ancillary works at Broombeg, Ballycastle.

Contract period of 15 months is programmed to commence in March 2022.

The estimated value is £2,000,000.

Contractors interested in tendering for the above contract may access Pre-Qualification (PQQ) documentation through eTendersNI.

Completed PQQs with supporting documentation to be submitted via eTendersNI no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 17^th December 2021.
