Invitation to Tender for Estate Agency Services, Belfast Residential Development Radius Housing, Holywood

Radius Housing would like to invite tenders for the appointment of an Estate Agent for an upcoming mixed tenure, residential development, located in West Belfast. The successful agent will manage the marketing and sales process, conduct valuations, negotiate sales-dealing with all queries from potential buyers, liaise with solicitors and purchasers throughout the conveyancing process and will be responsible for the co-ordination of the handover process.
