Diversity Floats, Good Relations Project Rural Housing Association
- Closing Date: 31 March 2022

Rural Housing Association ( “RHA” or “the Association) wishes to engage an arts-based organisation to deliver a good relations focused project, which will see the creation of a series of diversity floats, which will feature as part of a diversity parade at this year’s Peninsula Festival in Portaferry.
This project will be part of RHA’s Peninsula Diversity Project (subject to funding), which will adopt a whole community approach to improving good relations across the Ards Peninsula, through a project that will engage local residents, Rural Housing Association tenants, older people and young people from across the Ards Peninsula with a focus on the areas of Kircubbin, Portaferry, and Portavogie.
The project will engage local residents in a series of diversity initiatives including a community festival celebrating diversity, a food project exploring meals from around the world and a music project celebrating diverse music from across the peninsula
We are currently tendering for an arts-based organisation to deliver the Diversity floats element of the project.
Tenders must be submitted no later than 12.00pm on Thursday 31 March 2022 to: rmontgomery@ruralhousing.co.uk
