Consultant – Peace Plus Application NIFHA

NIFHA on behalf of a new social housing sector consortium wishes to appoint an experienced agency / consultant to design and implement a new bid development process with consortium partners and draft a new bid proposal reflective of identified needs and aspirations of partner organisations. The project if successful will be funded by the EU’s Peace Plus Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

The successful consultant will design and deliver a process that will involve all consortium partners in identifying evidence based key good relations issues relevant to their organisations and tenants. The consultant will be responsible for producing and submitting a fully costed proposal which will be reflective of these findings, and any other research conducted.

The consultant will:

• Design a new bid development strategy for consortium partners, identifying information and data collection methods, outlining consultation exercises with tenants and partners, with a clear timeframe and associated actions.
• Deliver and drive the out-workings of the strategy producing a draft comprehensive proposal presented to the consortium partners for review and approval.
