Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List of Contractors to be invited to tender for the following project:

Project ID: THA- 43

Belvoir Drive, Belfast

Development consisting of 2 sites:

• Site A 5 new build 2-storey 2/3 bed general needs houses.
• Site B 3 new build complex needs bungalows.

Contract period of 15 months is programmed to commence in March 2023.

The estimated value is £1,700,000.

Contractors interested in tendering for the above contract may access Pre-Qualification (PQQ) documentation through eTendersNI.

Completed PQQs with supporting documentation to be submitted via eTendersNI no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 2^nd Sept 2022.
