CLEANING OF COMMUNAL AREAS ACROSS SCHEMES Ark Housing

Applications are invited from Contractors who wish to be considered to undertake the cleaning of communal areas and windows across our General Needs, Sheltered and Supported Housing Schemes.
The contract has been divided into 2 lots:
- Lot 1: Greater Belfast, Mid & East Antrim, Causeway Coast & Glen which covers 16 Schemes
- Lot 2: North Down & Ards which covers 9 Schemes
