Alpha Housing invites tenders for the following:

Alpha Housing seeks to appoint a legal partner to provide comprehensive legal services in support of its Competitive Land Design and Build (LD&B) programme. The appointed legal partner will ensure all conveyancing and procurement activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, aligned with Alpha Housing’s Corporate Procurement Policy, and deliver value for money. This will include carrying out our land acquisitions and preparation of development agreements.
