‘Support Connect’. The 12-month pilot project aims to reduce loneliness for older people
living in Hughes Court & Carrs Court, Belfast and the surrounding neighbourhoods.

Salary: – £26,511 pro rata per annum
22.5 hours per week

A bit about us
Clanmil & Alpha Housing are leading providers of high-quality housing and supported housing
services, and we try to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes.
Having secured funding through the Northern Ireland Housing Executive Supporting People
Innovation Fund we are working in partnership to pilot a ‘social prescribing’ service to
customers living at Hughes Court and Carrs Court, Belfast and older people living in the locality.

A bit about the role
We have two exciting new roles to help us deliver the aims of the project during the first 1-year
pilot.

The Link Workers will support the Project Manager by delivering and co-ordinating events as
well as working closely with customers to develop some personalised support networks and
plans using the digital platform ‘Elemental’.

You will need some experience and skills which are included in the job description.
