The Association is seeking applications for the position of a Stock Condition Surveyor who will support the Assets Department based at Leslie Morrell House, May Street, Belfast.

Essential Criteria:-

• Minimum 1 year experience of Building, Construction or Property services
• Construction related qualification (minimum HNC level) or relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of building construction and components
• Experience of building diagnosis and defects identification

Desirable Criteria:-

• Good knowledge of Building Regulations NI 2012
• Good knowledge of Decent Homes Standard and Fitness Standard
