Services Centre Manager (Maternity Cover)

37 Hours p/w

Salary Range: £31,839 – £37,145 pa                                                                                                           Job reference: CH/SCM/0521

Choice is currently seeking to recruit a Services Centre Manager to provide maternity cover for the Services Centre.  This is an excellent opportunity for applicants who have previously worked at manager level in a services centre / call centre environment and have strong people management skills. Your role will be to lead and motivate the Service Centre team, ensuring high quality services are delivered and all set Customer Service Standards are met.

Essential Criteria:

• 2 ‘A’ Levels, Grades A – C (or equivalent);
• plus at least 2 years’ experience at manager level in a call centre environment.

Or

• At least 3 years’ experience at manager level in a call centre environment.

You must also clearly demonstrate:

• Excellent leadership skills, experience of performance management, coaching and development of
• Experience of setting and achieving targets, objectives and KPI’s.
• Experience of managing complaint investigations, report writing and working to challenging timescales.
• In-depth knowledge of Management Information systems.

Desirable Criteria:

• Relevant HND / Degree / 3rd level qualification.
• Housing Sector experience.
