The Association is seeking applications for the position of Service Delivery Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the IT Service Management (ITSM) and ICT Support Officers.

Essential Criteria:-

Either

• 3^rd Level IT qualification or MCSE qualification for windows engineers
• 3 years’ experience leading an ICT Support Team

Or

• 5 years’ experience leading an ICT Support Team

In Addition

• A valid driver’s licence and access to private transport

Desirable Criteria:-

• Experience of managing IT projects and suppliers
• Experience of security operations
