The Association is seeking applications for the position of Service Delivery Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the IT Service Management (ITSM) and ICT Support Officers.
- 3rd Level IT qualification or MCSE qualification for windows engineers
- 3 years’ experience leading an ICT Support Team
- 5 years’ experience leading an ICT Support Team
- A valid driver’s licence and access to private transport
- Experience of managing IT projects and suppliers
- Experience of security operations
