Service Centre Team Leader Clanmil Housing

As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all.  We are currently enjoying a period of substantial growth and have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years.

A bit about the role

This is a brilliant opportunity to join us in a Customer Service role. As the Team Leader, you will be instrumental in setting up the new Service Centre. You will also lead and manage the team in providing the best possible customer experience.

The successful candidate will have strong experience gained in a similar high volume customer service centre role and be comfortable to lead whilst working in close collaboration with other colleagues.
