About the role

At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them.

As Senior Response Maintenance Officer you will support, assist and direct the Response Maintenance team to deliver a customer focused service to our tenants, meeting targets, ensuring compliance and safety and delivering value for money for the Group’s asset management.

About you

We are seeking a strong candidate who can demonstrate a commitment to providing customer focused service and have practical experience in contract management. You will have an awareness of Health & Safety regulations and best practice, and a practical working knowledge of procurement regulations, with the use of MTC and NEC contracts. If you have strong ICT skills, experience in contract management, can prioritise a varied workload and work on your own initiative with limited supervision, e would love to hear from you!

You will possess a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a maintenance/building/construction related subject AND have two years’ experience (within the last five years) coordinating maintenance services within a property management environment.  However, exceptional candidates who do not hold a degree but have four years’ experience (within the last seven years) coordinating maintenance services within property management environment should also apply.

This role will also require you to have a flexible attitude to work i.e. be willing to work extra hours during busy periods including occasional evenings and weekends and be able to travel to meet the job requirements.
