About the role

At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do.   This is an exciting role at the heart of our business contributing to our planned asset strategy.  Reporting to the Planned Asset Manager, you will support, assist and direct the planned asset team as part of the wider assets team.

As a Senior Planned Compliance Officer, you will develop strategies for value asset investment, ensure statutory compliance projects are completed on time and in budget while delivering a great customer experience.

About you

We are seeking a strong candidate who can demonstrate experience in delivering projects to achieve statutory compliance and manage fire risk across a broad portfolio of properties. You will have experience of modelling life cycle replacements for building components, life cycle costs and forecasting this for cash flow purposes and the management of programme budgets.

You will be Third level (level 5) qualified in a property related discipline coordinating planned asset management projects AND at least three years recent experience at supervisory level in a similar role (within the last 5 years) within an asset portfolio AND project management environment.  However, exceptional candidates who do not hold a degree but have 5 years recent experience at supervisory level (within the last 7 years) managing projects within a property asset management environment should also apply
