The Senior Finance Officer will assist and support the Treasury and Analysis Manager in the performance of activities and routines designed to produce accurate and timely information that facilitates the effective management of the Association’s finances.

 

Hours:            30 per week

 

Location:        Radius Offices, Holywood

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

 

  • An accounting qualification such as IATI or part qualified with a recognised accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).

 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience (in the last 6 years) in a finance environment operating within a Housing Association setting.

 

  • Demonstrable written and oral communication skills with experience in explaining / clarifying technical financial matters to non-finance personnel.

 

  • Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office to include experience of producing complex spreadsheets as well as word documents.
