Senior Development Officer – Growth and New Business Clanmil Housing

A bit about the role

As Senior Development Officer you will be working to secure new opportunities that will help us to build and develop 1400 well designed, energy efficient, mixed tenure homes in the next five years by making effective use of landbanking facilities to secure this development pipeline

We are looking for individuals who will share our goals and values, and who will be a confident negotiator, have practical experience of undertaking investment appraisals for development opportunities and have at least 1 years’ experience of managing staff  to include the setting and monitoring of agreed objectives and performance management (within the last 6 years).

About you

You will have a third level qualification in a property/construction related subject AND 3 years recent experience in a property/construction environment (within the last 6 years) OR 5 years recent experience in a property/construction related environment (within the last 8 years)

You must be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post and have a flexible attitude to working hours with occasional evening and weekend work required.
