Senior Development Officer

37 Hours Per Week

Salary: £35,286.23 – £39,810.10

About the role:


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Development Officer who will work with the Development Manager to lead, manage and promote a collaborative team working to bring forward development opportunities that will contribute to the successful delivery of Clanmil’s Development Strategy.

About you:

You will have a third level relevant qualification AND 3 years’ recent experience in a property/construction environment (within the last 6 years) OR 5 years’ experience in a property/construction environment (within the last 8 years). A proven working knowledge of the social housing design standards, the DfC Housing Association Guide and DfC/NIHE scheme approval process and proven experience of identifying, evaluating and appraising development opportunities.
