The Senior Data and Analytics Officer will have as their focus large-scale data needs and information management within the business. This will include the development and analysis of a range of data analytics measuring performance, and the production of a range of management information for internal and external use. The post-holder will manage data protection compliance and the organisation’s data retention schedule.
Hours: Full-time (37 per week), or part-time.
Location: Radius Offices, Belfast
Hours of work will be discussed with the successful candidate.
This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working, subject to an initial induction period.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Level six qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) in a Business-related discipline or Information Technology.
OR
At least 3 years’ experience (gained in the last 8 years) in data management or information technology systems and BI/analytical reporting at officer level, in an organisation of at least 50 employees.
2. Experience of implementing policies and procedures and contributing to their development.
3 Extensive experience of fully utilising Information Systems and associated reporting packages.
4. Ability to analyse, interpret and act upon large amounts of data, for internal and external use, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to plan and prioritise personal and project workloads, ensuring all deadlines have been met.
6. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*

In such circumstances, consideration will be given in any subsequent offer of appointment to suitable alternative arrangements that the candidate may be able to put in place that would enable them to meet the travel requirements for the post).
