 Senior Call Advisor/Complaints Officer

37Hours per week

Salary £29, 269 – £35, 124pa

Location: Working from home 2 days per week and in Belfast City Centre 3 days per week

Choice Housing is one of the largest independent housing associations in Northern Ireland.  Choice is seeking to recruit a Senior Call Advisor/Complaints to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused Complaints Handling Service to its customers. The Senior will also provide support to the Services Centre answering calls to ensure excellent service delivery and problem resolution.
