|A bit about the role
The purpose of your role will be to promote the independence, dignity, security, privacy, confidentiality, rights and wellbeing of our customers in independent living. You will also be responsible for supporting our tenants to lead the lives they choose as independently as possible, signposting and working closely with other agencies.
You will be required to work on a rotational basis across the schemes. Your normal working days will be Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3.30pm, but you must be flexible in order to meet customers’ needs including evening work. This is a floating, responsive role so you will need a full driving license, be a car owner and have car insurance which includes business use.
A bit about you
A great opportunity, you will have a really good understanding of what great customer experience looks like. Experience of working with people with a range of different support needs and a good understanding of housing related support would be extremely useful in the role, but not essential. What you do need, is to be resilient, able to build trust and have a desire to help people do well.
This isn’t a hands-on caring role – strong administration skills, digitally connected with previous experience of working with computer packages is essential to your success in the role. Building and maintaining respectful relationships is key.
