SCHEME CO-ORDINATOR
30 hours per week – Based in Blessington Court, Rosetta Way, Belfast
Salary: £20,341.59 – £22,400 pro rata per annum

About the role
We are seeking a Scheme Co-ordinator to work in our independent living scheme, Blessington Court in South Belfast.
You will be required to provide cover across some of our other neighbouring schemes so you must be flexible in order to meet customers needs, including occasional evening work.
This is a responsive role so you will need a full clean driving licence and be able to travel to meet the job requirements without the use of public transport.
The purpose of the role is to be promote independence, dignity, security, privacy, confidentiality, rights and the wellbeing of our customers who live in our schemes.
You will also be responsible for supporting our tenants to lead the lives they choose as independently as possible, signposting and working closely with other agencies.
About you
We are seeking someone with really good understanding of what great customer experience looks like.
Experience of working with people with a range of different support needs and a good understanding of housing related support would be extremely useful in this role, but not
essential.
What you do need, is to be resilient, able to build trust and have a desire to help people do well.
This isn’t a hands-on caring role – strong administration skills, digitally connected with previous experience of working with computer packages is essential to your success in the role.
Building and maintaining respectful relationships is key.We will be impressed if you have knowledge of the social housing sector in Northern Ireland but don’t worry as long as you have the curiosity to find out, we’ll help you.
