Salary: £20,341.59 – £22,400.00 pro rata per annum (under review)

A bit about the role

The purpose of your role will be to promote the independence, dignity, security, privacy, confidentiality, rights and wellbeing of our customers in independent living. You will also be responsible for supporting our tenants to lead the lives they choose as independently as possible, signposting and working closely with other agencies.

Your normal working days will be Monday to Friday, but you must be flexible in order to meet customers’ needs including occasional evening work. Covering across neighbouring schemes, you will be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post without reliance on public transport and apply a flexible, smart approach to delivery that will demonstrate that things can be done sustainably and be able to respond to out-of-hours emergencies when required.

A bit about you

A great opportunity, you will have a good understanding of what great customer experience looks like. Experience of working with people with a range of different support needs and a good understanding of housing related support would be extremely useful in the role, but not essential. What you do need, is to be resilient, able to build trust and have a desire to help people do well.

This isn’t a hands-on caring role – strong administration skills, digitally connected with previous experience of working with computer packages is essential to your success in the role. Building and maintaining respectful relationships is key.
