We are currently seeking to recruit the following positions in Connect 24, Cameron House, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ.

Response Centre Call Advisors x2

The successful applicant will be first point of contact when customers contact the Response Centre and must answer calls effectively. ensuring all conversations are documented and customer files updated.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £19,312 (SP5) – £20,493 (SP8) + 15% shift allowance per annum pro rata

Call advisors work on a rotating shift pattern.

Association wide waiting lists may be compiled for future same/similar vacancies arise.
