About us
We are one of NI’s leading providers of high-quality housing and support housing services and our aim is to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes. Our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them. As a valued member of our Assets team you would be delivering a customer focused service to those tenants as well as meeting targets, ensuring compliance and safety and delivering value for money for the Group’s asset management.
The role of Response Assets Officer
Our Response Assets Officer will support and assist the Response Assets team including actioning and monitoring repair requests, identifying works required and issuing works orders, appraising contractor performance and carrying out void inspections.
About you
We’re seeking strong candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to providing a customer focused service and have previous experience in contract management including supervision of contracts. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, can organise and prioritise a varied workload and work on your own initiative with limited supervision. You will need to be flexible to attend occasional meetings outside of office hours and be able to travel to carry out the requirements of the post without the reliance on public transport.
You will have two years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities/maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant construction/facilities/maintenance environment. However, exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities/maintenance environment may also apply.
The role of Planned Assets Officer
Our Planned Assets Officer will be customer-focussed and oversee the delivery of a programme of planned projects to provide a consistent, high level of service to all of Clanmil’s customers. If you are passionate about the provision of quality and affordable homes for all and want to work with a committed and dedicated team in a fast-paced and exciting environment then we want to hear from you. You’ll take the initiative in seeking out opportunities and ideas for helping us manage maintenance for great homes.
