We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need.

We are continually expanding our operations in Belfast and across Northern Ireland and currently have a stock portfolio of almost 1100 properties. We have a team of 40 staff and wish to recruit a suitably qualified person for the following post:
RESIDENTIAL SECURITY WARDEN (Ref: RSW/06/23)
(2 part time posts)
Reporting to the Housing Manager, the postholder will provide mobile security and light cleaning duties to a number of designated sites across NB Housing apartment stock in North Belfast.

The position is part time, offering 16 hours per week on a flexible rota to include evenings and weekend evenings.

The post holder will be required to lone work.

Essential Experience:
• At least 1 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) providing security
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Essential Qualifications:
• General Education, (Desirable: GCSE Grade C or above in Mathematics & English or equivalent)

NB Housing can offer the successful candidate an hourly rate of £11.50 plus optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 19.5% (£1,865 pa), 35 days annual leave (incl. stats) pro rata, rising to 40 days pro rata after 5 years, private healthcare option and excellent work and family friendly policies.
