RELIEF SCHEME CO-ORDINATOR
Based in Belfast & providing cover across Northern Ireland
37hrs per week
Salary: £22,577 – £23,632 per annum
+ essential car users’ allowance

A bit about the role
The Relief Scheme Co-ordinator will work at a number of our schemes across NI, covering for staff who are absent or where there may be vacancies. You will need to be flexible enough to cover schemes at various locations as part of a planned rota. The post holder will be responsible for promoting an active aging lifestyle and good health for tenants, engaging with local services and resources. This is a front line role which has the most direct impact on the lives of the people we support.
To flourish in the role, you will have the compassion and empathy to work with vulnerable people in a housing related setting, have good customer care skills and be digitally connected with previous experience of working with computer packages. You’ll be great at working on your own initiative, have strong communication skills and be able to positively influence people from all different backgrounds.
We’ll be impressed if you have knowledge of the social housing sector in Northern Ireland but don’t worry, as long as you have the curiosity to find out, we’ll help you. We will need you to travel to meet the requirements of the post, without reliance on public transport.
